The Application

New clients must apply through my application and vetting process. This will give me a chance to learn more about your desires and allow me to see if we are a good match. For first time clients, a 25% non-refundable deposit will be required upon booking.

Before I will see you, I require two references from other professional providers that you have seen. If you have never seen a professional before, you will need to screen through the protocol below.

No references: Clear picture of you + one of your driver's license. I will verify this when we meet. We will need to meet for a compensated coffee meeting in The San Fernando Valley before booking. Once we meet, you will be required to pay for the entire session up front. I accept Cash App or you may provide your credit card information via phone call. I appreciate you understanding my need for taking extra precautionary measures to maintain safety and security.

Engaging in BDSM activities comes with many risk factors which can result in intentional or unintentional, permanent or temporary, bruising, welts, skin abrasions, cuts, burns, blisters, bleeding, broken bones, concussion, heart palpitations, fainting, heart attack, blood clots and even death (and many other conditions too numerous to mention). By checking the box below and by submitting this form you acknowledge that you understand the risks and are engaging in BDSM activities with the understanding of the possibility of the above. You hold harmless all participants that will be engaging with you in any and all BDSM activities.

My time is structured and valued. Reschedule requests require 48 hours notice to transfer your deposit. Less than 48 hours forfeits it. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice require 50% of the session tribute to remain in good standing. Full policy provided before session confirmation.

Anything ending in "Job." Brown or Ruby Showers. Worship of my bare breasts, bottom or genitals. Switching/Subbing. Any activity that is directly sexual, illegal, unsafe, or non-consensual. As a reminder, our mutual discretion, safety and privacy are of the utmost importance to me.

I am requesting and at my own risk participating in a BDSM session. I understand activities within the session will be conducted by mutual consent. I accept sole responsibility to: (a) decide what activities I wish to participate in during the session and decide what my boundaries are; (b) communicate these decisions clearly before the start of the session; (c) agree to an appropriate safe word or other signal to request an activity stop; (d) signal immediately, any unexpected fatigue, shortness of breath, chest discomfort, nausea, pain or discomfort. I understand I can discontinue participation at any time during the session, without prejudice against me, beyond fees or tribute for the session.

I understand that any activity undertaken during the session is voluntary and at my own risk. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless all participants in the session from all claims of liability, injury, death, property loss or damage, attorney's fees and costs, and I agree to reimburse them for any such claims of same they may have.

By checking the box below and submitting this application, I acknowledge I have read, understood and agree to the contents of this form, and I confirm that all information given by me is correct to the best of my knowledge. I understand that the session I am requesting is the context of a commissioned art piece, that no sex is involved in these sessions, that I am a consenting adult over the age of 21, and that I am not a law enforcement officer or federal law enforcement agent.
